I am RICHIE MERCADO, a former Army Helicopter pilot and current commercial airline Captain, husband, father, and servant-leader. Since re-entering the civilian world I have continued to serve where I can to make things better for as many as I can. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, scuba diving, and playing Dungeons & Dragons with my oldest son.

Everything starts with listening and engaging with my neighbors. Making sure they know what their local government does to serve all of our neighbors.

I will ensure responsible and accountable progress for our county that serves all our neighbors without robbing us of our tomorrows.

Ultimately, I will work every day to build stronger communities that make a place a home that lasts generations.
